Tubular Furnace TF 2.0
The tubular furnace TF 2.0 was specifically developed in terms of diameter and length to accommodate the sample holder KC 2.0 from lonic Systems. It is also ideal for many other applications due to the advantageous size of the heated room.
The oven is resistance heated using Kanthal wire and has a maximum working temperature of 1200°C. A version with platinum wire heating is also available for higher temperatures. The heating element is carefully thermally insulated (Fiberfrax). The oven has a cylindrical double-walled stainless steel/aluminum housing.
The sample holder can be attached directly to the oven on integrated rods. Variations of the mount are easily possible for different experimental conditions.
The oven can be operated in any position, such as vertical or horizontal, depending on the needs. A high quality commercial temperature regulator is used, matched to the resistance of the oven.
